What kind of work can I request?
Unlike bespoke work, I only offer custom work where you can pick one of my designs and have them customised to your liking: a longer chain, different bail type, a different chain type (ONLY if I have them in stock or can get them from an EU supplier), a type of stone, a certain cut of stone, a small change in design, ..
For example: 1) Design: 'Ouroboros necklace' 2) Stone: 'Rainbow Moonstone' 3) Stone cut/shape: 'Rose cut cabochon' 4) Chain length: '20"/50cm'
Will you make anything I want?
No, I hold the right to all of my designs therefore I can decline any given request. There are designs I do not want to remake so please respect my decision if I decline your request.
Please understand I do NOT offer bespoke work so I do not accept orders where I make someone else's designs, design something from scratch, or anything like this. I am more than willing to change a design here and there to a certain limit.
Custom slots are perfect for those who missed out on a OOAK piece when it got released and would like to somehow still get one. IF I am able (often it will depend on my stone stock, or whether I am able to restock a similar stone, etc.) and willing to recreate the design you missed out on: custom slots are just for you! Bonus is that you have some say in some details so this piece is 100% to your liking.
For example: "I missed the last peach moonstone teardrop cathedral, I'd like to custom order one but can I have a 20'" chain and can we swap chain styles?"
A request like this is something I would always accept as long as I have a fitting stone in stock or if I'm able to find one just for you. Please understand that I can only swap chain styles if I have them in stock, most chains are not easy for me to come by.
Can I get this in another metal than silver?
At this time I only work in silver. Please never ask me to work in anything other than a precious metal to save some costs.
Can I get a payment plan for my custom slot?
'Buy now, pay later' by Klarna is available at the check out. If this does not show up I cannot offer payment plans for you as I require a full upfront payment for custom work.
How long does it take for you to make my order?
I will add your order in my queue the second I got your payment. Of course it depends on my workload, but custom work will vary from 6 to 8 weeks depending on my material stock and/or if I need to order stone(s) just for you. I always keep my customers in the loop throughout the process, so you will get a lot of updates!
When and how will it ship?
Once finished it will ship within 5 working days. Everything is tracked and insured.
Will I have import fees?
Please check your countries laws regarding import fees. All buyers are responsible for potential import fees. I ship from Belgium, Europe.
