Do you accept custom work?

Something sold I really like, can you make a similar one just for me?

Maybe, read my custom work FAQ page and email me a detailed request and I will get back to you. Mark my email address as safe as a lot of my emails go to spam and I do not send more than one follow up email. My email: [email protected]

I saw something in your IG/FB/TikTok/Pinterest feed, but I can't find it in the shop, can I buy it?

If it is not listed in the shop, it is not available. It could either mean it already sold or that it is not available yet to purchase. Always read my captions/posts carefully.

I saw a sneak peek on your page that I really like, can I get dibs?

No, to keep things fair I do not accept dibs on anything.

Can I send you my personal gemstone for you to use in your work?

No. I cannot risk working with anything other than my own stone stock. However you can request a custom order with a gemstone of choice, sourced by me.

Can I see your stone stock and pick a stone?

No, due to the nature of stones I do not allow people to pick a gemstone. If the stone ends up faulty and cracks you would just end up being heartbroken and I don't like that idea at all. If you'd like a special stone for an item of mine, please reach out for a custom via my contact page. 

The stone you used in my piece does not look like the one pictured, how come?

All stones are natural and will differ by nature. Some dents and scratches are comon with certain stones. Please be aware of that. Nothing in nature is identical, but unique. I don't always work with calibrated stones either so even shapes and sizes can differ.

Can you offer more stone options than the ones listed?

Yes, this is something I offer as a custom job, please read my custom work FAQ before emailing me a request.

Can I change the chain type and/or length on a one of a kind/ready to ship item?

Depends if the chain is fixed or if the weight of the piece allows it! Both style and/or length. Please email me prior, if the piece allows it I can swap it out for an added fee. Always contact me first! If you bought an item before requesting the adjustment the item will ship as is.

How about made to order pieces?

Any made to order item can come on another chain (style and/or length) as long as the piece allows it, depending on what you have in mind. Email me a custom order request and I will make a personal listing with adjusted price tag. If you instantly buy a piece, it will ship as is, as the price reflects the options in the listing only.

Can I change the finish of your made to order piece?

No, all my items come in an antique finish.

Do you buy casts from other companies to use in your work?

No! Every aspect of my work is handmade by me, gifted by mother nature or a vintage finding. All the bones and skulls in my work are cruelty free: natural death or roadkill only. I only work with my own moulds and casts, so no I do not purchase other people's moulds or casts to use in my work.

What type of metal do you work in?

I work in sterling silver (Ag, .925) and some bezel settings are in fine silver (Ag, .999).

Will you work with any other metal than silver?

At this time I only work in silver.

What type of finish does your work come in?

All my pieces are finished in an antique look and (some) get a renaissance wax rub to keep the patina longer. Please understand that oxidation changes the patina and your pieces need to be stored in a box and polished from time to time. Each order comes with a free polishing cloth! Please never wear your jewellery while swimming, bathing, cleaning or sleeping.

What does 'MTO' stand for?

Made To Order.

How long does a 'Made To Order' item take?

3 to 6 weeks.

I'd like to see more pictures or a video of a jewel before buying it, is that possible?

Of course! Just shoot me a DM over at my instagram page.

I don't know my ring size, how can I figure it out?

Please have your ring size measured at a jewellers store. DO NOT rely on google solutions, this is never going to be accurate and I do not offer resizing. You could find cheap ring sizers online for $2. I accept ring sizes in UK, US and EU. (For example: UK K / US 5.25 / EU 50) PLEASE specify which of the 3 you are referring to when you're placing an order. No need to size up for bigger ring bands as I measure all my rings in the center of the shank. Keep in mind that your fingers expand in the heat and shrink in the cold: summer vs. winter time.

Do your offer payment plans/afterpay/klarna?

Yes, I have 'buy now, pay later' via klarna available!

Klarna is not available for my country, can I still get a payment plan somehow?

Yes, you may contact me for a payment plan via email.

In this case I accept payment plans on my one of a kind / ready to ship items only. I do not accept this on my new collections, custom work, made to order work or items priced under 250 EUR. Please email me the link of the item you'd like, your (if via paypal, paypal) e-mailaddress, full name, shipping address (if via paypal: have this up to date on your paypal! If via stripe: please make sure your address matches your bank cards address) and your phone number for shipping. Please specify wheter you'd like the plan via paypal or via listings on my website. I will not get back to you if you send me a request that is not eligible for a payment plan.

How does the payment plan work?

You can choose between payment through the website (stripe) or paypal. You get 2 months to pay off a plan, in instalments of 2 or 4. That is up to you. If you need extra time, a late fee will be added.

How do I get a payment plan?

Email me the listing you're interested in buying, your (paypal) emailaddress, shipping addres, full name and phone number. Make sure the shipping address info is up to date on paypal/stripe (bank card) as I legally have to ship to the address provided via paypal/stripe, I will not make any exceptions!! Once the first 25% down payment is paid, I will take the listing offline. I shall not take it offline before any form of payment was made. Make sure to pay 25% every two weeks, you get 2 months to pay your plan in full. You can also pay 50/50 if you prefer. If you don't meet the end date the plan will be cancelled and you will not be able to get another payment plan with me in the future. I will refund everything apart from the first 25% deposit. This covers the fees paid on my end and time spend on this plan.

The first 25% down payment is non refundable and is a deposit covering my time spend and processing fees paid on this payment plan. You are not eligible to get a refund on the first payment.

If I buy more items, can I get more time to pay?

No, 1 order = 1 plan.

When does my item ship if I pay with a payment plan?

Once your invoice is paid in full, I will finish your order (if needed) and have it shipped within 5 business days.

Can I change/cancel my order after I placed it?

No, the second I receive an order I get started with the wax work/packing/etc. Labels from UPS are non refundable so for this reason alone I cannot accept changes or cancellations. All sales are final! Always check with me prior if you'd like some changes made or request a custom order to make sure the item is 100% made to your needs.

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns. Al items are exactly as described and I send out plenty of extra pictures prior to shipping it out. You can always count on being kept in the loop when I do a custom or made to order - order and I always show my customers the process when something is made from scratch. (When I know your instagram account that is, so feel free to let me know your handle for more updates when wanted.)

So please think really hard when placing an order. If you are not sure about this purchase, please don't make it. I am a small (one woman) business who cannot afford returns. Thank you!

IF an item comes to you damaged: we need to start a claim with UPS and of course I will make sure the issue is dealt with so you end up with the item you ordered. Please read more below about this.

What type of shipping is used?

UPS. Unless you live rural or in Switzerland then I will ship with regular postal services. All is tracked and insured.

When do you ship out my order?

I ship once a week. Labels and parcels are being pre prepped most of the time though so you're most likely to receive tracking info days in advance. Please keep a close eye to the tracking for any updates. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, I only ship out with tracking / priority / ID proof / signature.

Is my package insured in case it gets lost/damaged?

Yes. I buy insurance for each order. I document every single parcel to the very detail in case we need to file a claim. If an item gets lost or damaged: email me so we can start a claim. Never throw anything away (not even the filler product) as UPS will need the complete package to inspect in case of damage! Take pictures of the damaged package to detail and send it to me before UPS picks it up. UPS only accept claims if the item(s) inside are damaged so don't email me if only the packaging got damaged. If you suspect your parcel was stolen, I will need a police report for the insurance company, they will not proceed without one so always file a police report the second you think it was stolen.

TIP: Always make an unboxing video and show really well how you received the parcel and open it while filming, in case it is damaged this is extremely helpful to find out what went wrong. UPS does not open packages without taking note of doing so.

Note: I only save pictures and those type of details per order until they are marked as delivered. NEVER wait to contact me if an item arrived damaged, contact me instantly. UPS only allows claims when they are made the day of delivery.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

UPS orders will take approx. 3-7 business days to arrive worldwide. Delays can always occur due to customs or weather conditions. If you're not sure if you'll be home please reshedule the delivery or have it sent to a pick up point to avoid theft. I ship once a week. If you need your order at a specific date, always check prior with me what our options are. 

For rural locations it will take longer, that depends on your local postal service, please keep an close eye out on the tracking. 

Can I see my order before you ship it?

Yes, I always send pictures of your item and parcel before I mail it.

Can I change my address after I placed an order?

Get in touch with me instantly because once a label is purchased there is no way for me to change it.

Can I ship to a PO BOX?

UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, if you rather have it shipped to a pick up point: it is possible within the EU (contact me prior as it requires a different type of label), for other countries you can shedule it to be held at a pick up point of choice.

Will I have import fees?

I ship from Belgium, Europe. If you are in the European Union you will not have any import fees, if you are outside of the European Union: you most likely will.

Buyer is responsible for import fees!

I will always declare all products details and costs correctly on the custom forms. When an item is bought during a sale, the original price will show as value for insurance reasons.

Do you ship worldwide?

Certain countries are currently not optional because of the shippingstation I use for labels, If your country is not listed please contact me to check and get a quote.

PS: If you live in Tenerife do not select Spain, the mail route to Tenerife is Canary Islands and not Spain, this comes at an insane cost and I will not cover it for you.
